The Cry for Justice: Transforming Suffering into Healing and Hope is a timely and powerful call for believers to rise up with Christlike compassion, love, and action in the face of injustice.

Drawing deeply from Isaiah 58, this book weaves together true stories, Scripture, and reflective insights to reveal how personal pain can be transformed into purpose. It offers a path toward healing—both individually and within our communities—and equips readers to become restorers in a broken world.

Whether you've experienced deep trauma or are seeking to understand how to respond to the cries of the oppressed, this book will awaken you to the biblical mandate of justice and the heart of God for restoration.

Be healed, be equipped, and be sent. This is a guide for every believer longing to carry the hope of Christ into dark places and respond to injustice with courage, truth, and love.

Pairs perfectly with The Cry for Justice - A Companion Workbook for deeper reflection and Spirit-led action.

Written by Danielle Freitag, LADC—a speaker, advocate, and founder of a nonprofit addressing exploitation and addiction—this book flows from lived experience, deep theological reflection, and a heart for the Church to rise in this hour.

Foreword by Corey Russell, with endorsements from national leaders including Benji Nolot (founder of Exodus Cry) and Dehavilland Ford (The Send). Their voices affirm the urgency and power of this message for the Body of Christ today.
