Clearheart: The Essence of Empowerment sets forth—with genuine love, engaging simplicity, and personally tested proof of validity—what it means to be clear with your own heart and why a pure, honest connection with your heart is the foundation of empowerment. This uplifting book lays out the ABCs of personal empowerment: what it is, how it is identified, what it entails, why it is important, and how it is integrated into your whole life. Author Elly Darwin distills into simple principles the often-complex details of self-love and esteem. The 17 principles of empowerment and the 27 qualities of an empowered person are discussed and amplified by more than 100 narrative illustrations of both empowering and disempowering applications of each point, including some of Elly's relevant first-person experiences. In a casual, personable style, this illuminating guide emphasizes that empowerment is an ongoing, spiraling process of looking inward to your heart, listening to what your heart is saying, and outwardly applying your heart's messages. It invites you to love yourself unconditionally, to tap your own inherent higher wisdom, to take full stewardship of your choices, and to apply outwardly those choices that are aligned with unconditional love. This inward-outward theme predominates as the book addresses real-life applications in the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual realms. Elly offers profound insights for the novice self-help reader as well as significant next-steps for those who've been on a personal growth path for some time. Clearheart: The Essence of Empowerment is a gentle compass for the journey into your highest expression of yourself.
