Magnus the Naughty Dog is a fast-paced tale about a dog who loves his family but sometimes has trouble controlling his rascally behavior. Magnus loves food . . . and one day eats up the family's picnic fixings! Magnus struggles, knowing he's in trouble, while his family struggles too, with their frustration. Carrie (Fenna) Torgersen is a graduate of the College of St. Benedict and the University of Minnesota Medical School. Her lifelong passion for reading and literature, as well as for animals, was the inspiration for this book. Carrie lives in River Falls, Wisconsin, with her family (and one very rascally dog) and works as a full-time physician.
Eleonore Sebastian received a BFA in Illustration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and has since been working as a freelance illustrator and graphic designer in the Twin Cities. Her bright, playful style lends itself well to younger audiences, but she hopes viewers of all ages find joy in her work.
