Dear curious soul, come closer—let me tell you about a little book that feels like a long, whispered conversation with an old friend who knows exactly where your heart has been hiding.Your Hidden Soul Power: Discovering Your Greatest Self.
Imagine this: One day, you stumble upon an ancient map—not drawn on parchment, but etched into the quiet ethics of original yoga. These are the Niyamas, five luminous principles that aren't about twisting yourself into pretzels on a mat, but about gently unfurling the most radiant version of you—the one who's been waiting patiently beneath the rush of modern life.
In these pages, you'll wander beyond the poses and into the tender territory of Kindness (the kind you give and, oh darling, finally allow yourself to receive), Empathy that softens the edges of every interaction, Integrity that feels like coming home to your own truth, Strength that's quiet and unbreakable, and Gratitude that turns ordinary moments into small miracles.
Through heartfelt stories that will make you laugh and maybe cry a little, simple meditations you can do while the coffee brews, original affirmations that slip into your pocket like love notes, breathing techniques to steady you when the world spins too fast, worksheets to uncover your own wisdom, and the most beautiful full-color illustrations—like little windows into serenity—this book invites you to weave these ancient threads into the fabric of your very modern days.
At home with the chaos of family, at work amid the emails and deadlines, even in those stolen moments scrolling on your phone or navigating crowded streets... this wisdom meets you right there, whispering: You already have everything you need to live with more joy, more ease, more love.
This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering—and celebrating—the greatest self who's been shining inside you all along. Come, turn the page. Your hidden soul power is ready to play.
Glenn Ballantyne's ADHD was so bad that doctors put him on Ritalin in the fall of his seventh year. His parents chose to have him taken off the drug by that spring because of his childhood mystical experience. He was a permanently changed boy who could quietly sit in meditation, see auras, and hear the celestial music of the chakras.
Ballantyne has studied with world famous teachers such as Indra Devi, Swami Satchidananda, and Sister Shanti. His areas of focus included hatha yoga, astral travel, kundalini awakening, lucid dreaming, Yoga visualization of the spiritual eye, and hearing the internal AUM, before centering all of his study on the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda.
Glenn has received the distinction of Kriyaban Yogi from Self-Realization Fellowship and is a certified and registered Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. He is a music graduate of Los Angeles Baptist college and earned a degree in Sociology at Colorado State University-Pueblo with extended study in world religions and philosophy.
He was awarded the Vegetarian Times Magazine's 24 carrot award for being an outstanding person who promotes education, natural health, wholesome nutrition, and ecology for the benefit of humans, animals, and the earth.
Academy Award, Golden Globe, and Grammy nominee Bobby Hart co-created the sound and songs for the hit television show The Monkees. His songs and productions as Boyce & Hart and with other artists outsold the Beatles and the Rolling Stones combined in 1967. His 2015 autobiography, Psychedelic Bubble Gum, was an overnight bestseller.
Bobby became a multi-millionaire celebrity before he was 30 but he was feeling that his interest in spirituality had grown stronger than his attraction to Hollywood's fame and fortune. He knew something was missing in his life. As he did ancient Yoga practices to gain self-knowledge, he recognized the source of his musical success and creativity was not his talent or skills, but his soul power.
He became a Kriyaban Yogi and practiced daily meditation with sessions lasting up to six hours. He lived, according to the Niyamas, the life of a traditional yogi as he was one of the few who truly walked his talk.
His focus was on embracing the teachings of his guru, Paramahansa Yogananda, and on sharing his knowledge and experiences with others. Bobby passed from natural causes on September 10, 2025
