More than just your typical therapist, Dr. Sheila Sweeney is an African-American clinically trained psychodynamic psychotherapist with a focus in mind, body, and spiritual connection. She brings over twenty years of experience to create this mental health journal with your healing journey in mind. This journal combines her focuses of mental health, reflective practice, developmental principles, and psychosomatic awareness.

  • stage-setting worksheets for setting the mood and tone for journaling.
  • "pause moments" with inspirational affirmations and psychosomatic breathwork for relaxation.
  • support for a variety of life's challenges, whether you're looking for an anxiety journal, trauma workbook for adults, or depression workbook for teens.

This journal encourages you to gaze inward and courageously reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and supportive way. It's not about quick fixes; it's about profound transformation.

This is not a book that tells you how to heal; it's a companion that walks alongside you, validating your struggles and empowering you to take control of your own journey to healing and wholeness.

Unapologetically Healing is an invitation, a guide, and a testament to your resilience. It's your path, your story, and your unwavering ancestral commitment to heal unapologetically.
