Jon has shown that all children can learn to swim well with enough time and correct instructions. Jon developed curriculums for swim teams, competitive clinics and the FOSS swim schools and is regarded as a technical expert, coaching many state, national and American record holders. He was CEO and curriculum designer of FOSS from 1993 to 2019, retiring as Chairman to write and publish animated books to help all children to swim. Susan developed the office and management systems for the schools and is currently CEO of the company.
