Vanessa is SOOOOOOO ANGRY she feels her anger will burst out of her!

And then—POP—sour, sassy, stormy Angry is sitting right there.

Vanessa does not want Angry, but the more Vanessa resists, the angrier Angry gets . . . until Vanessa makes a new choice!

Written by a certified emotional consciousness coach, this emotions book breaks down (and befriends!) big feelings for kids and the adults who raise them. Through colorful language and delightful illustrations, My Friend Angry goes beyond anger management to truly allow and accept feeling angry so that we can discover its purpose. This feelings book reminds us that taking care of our emotions can be fun and easy and is the first step in becoming our own best friend.

Amy Krohn is a certified emotional consciousness coach. In her work, she facilitates a way for people of all ages to re-imagine old, heavy beliefs as playful stories that build a new reality. Amy lives on a lake near Saint Cloud, Minnesota, with her four children and three pet chipmunks and she loves to be outside (especially during tornadoes). Amy's Angry used to furiously scrub the house when it came—now she is relaxed, and the house is covered in a glorious layer of Love Dust.

Brian Barber is an illustrator, animator, and designer who works on books, advertising, music videos, and other fun projects that come along. He lives in Duluth, Minnesota, just up the hill from Lake Superior, which can become very angry, wavy, boisterous, and dangerous during storms. Brian's Angry gets very quiet and just wants to be left alone.
