This affirmation card deck, inspired by the transformative work of Dr. Joi Lewis, is a sacred invitation to return to yourself. A year-long journey into radical self-care, healing, and emotional liberation. With 52 thoughtfully curated self affirmation cards, this healing card deck offers weekly invitations to pause, breathe, and reclaim your wholeness.
Rooted in the teachings of The Orange Method (OM), a practice of healing justice and emotional wellness, each card is a gentle prompt toward rest, joy, and restoration. These are not just affirmations for healing—they're reminders that the revolution begins within. That your liberation matters. That you get to heal today.
Dr. Joi Lewis, a globally recognized healer and facilitator of liberation, created this deck as a tool to support those who pour into others—activists, educators, caregivers, and changemakers—by helping them return to themselves.
This deck includes:
- A full year of 52 mindfulness meditation cards with affirmations and reflective practices
- Powerful mindfulness and meditation tools to support emotional balance and inner peace
- Grounding statements perfect for journaling, altar work, or quiet contemplation
- A companion for your guided mindfulness meditation or weekly check-ins
- An empowering gift of affirmations for healing for yourself or someone you love
Whether used as part of your morning ritual, shared in community healing circles, or pulled in moments of stillness, this deck is your reminder that healing isn't something you have to earn—it's something you're worthy of right now.
Let this be your weekly permission slip to rest, feel, and rise.
