Dr. Mary Tichi PhD MBA is the founder and owner of Micronostics a consulting company focused on creating strategic paths to health wellness and overall personal and professional wellbeing. Her own trials and triumphs speak to those who have also been struggling and her experience gives a unique and valuable perspective that is easy to trust. Mary's authorship was inspired after her two-year battle with lupus and breast cancer a time that led her to clean eating exercise losing 75 pounds and acknowledgment of her own inner strength. Mary received her BS in (Medical) Microbiology at the University of Washington a doctorate in Microbiology (Plant Biotechnology) from The Ohio State University and a Master's of Business Administration from the Rady School of Management University of California San Diego. Mary was born and raised in the great Pacific Northwest in the Seattle Washington area. Since 2004 Mary has resided in the San Diego California area.
