Big Cat loves striking poses in her mirror. She's happy with the way she looks and the way she dances until the other animals say that Little Fox is the most elegant dancer in all the woods. Big Cat tries to change her looks and moves to be like Little Fox. But Little Fox knows just what to do and helps Big Cat to be her best by being herself.

Big Cat Little Fox unleashes the power within you to be yourself-the key to being happy. It is a tale of community friendship and self-acceptance. Big Cat Little Fox exposes children to types of music and dance as well as animal movement and sound increasing the level of interest for a wider audience. Literacy skills are supported through repetition synonyms and adjectives.

“As a kindergarten teacher, I've read a wide variety of stories to students over the years, as well as collected hundreds, but none of them are quite like this one. Big Cat, Little Fox is an interactive story which grabs a child's attention immediately due to its colorful pages, beautiful storyline, fun movement, and interactive sounds. Any student would be happy to have this story read to them, and any teacher would be happy to have this book on their bookshelf.” - Breanna Lund, Kindergarten Teacher

“Illustrator Margarita Sikorskaia has brought Cheryl Stephani’s vision of Big Cat and her antics to life in Big Cat, Little Fox. The story not only makes for a great read aloud to young children, it lends itself to mini lessons using its rich vocabulary. The story is also perfect to be turned into a short play, and
our local Story Theater group will be adding it to their repertoire. I can’t wait to play Big Cat!” - Marsha Klimes, Retired Educator and Grandma to Hannah and Hunter.

“That was one of the best stories I’ve ever seen! Thank you so much for sharing that wonderful story! Love, Camgen" (1st grade student)
