Only wicked witches think fairy tales are just for children. Enter the realm of playful pixies, enchanted forests, fairies, and talking animals. Will the ugly fairy win her prince? Will the old house save the babe? "More Fairy Tales for Life" is a collection of original stories by Linda Champion, updating the classic literary genre for readers young and old. Imagination, not age, is the only requirement for entrance into this magical world. This work continues the storytelling of Linda's first fairy tale book, "Fairy Tales for Life."
Linda Champion is a retired high school teacher who taught for twenty years in the Sacramento area. She lives with her husband, Kenneth Champion, in Citrus Heights, California, enjoying the company of family members and friends. One of her favorite things is hosting a candlelight dinner party, which usually leads to some lively conversation. She also offers the use of her antique-filled "Rose Room," "Emerald Room," and "Eagle Room" to overnight visitors. And sometimes, Linda throws in a tune on her violin. "More Fairy Tales for life: A collection of Twenty Original Short Stories" is Linda's third literary effort. Her first book is "Conversations With My Auntie Margaret About Sporty Dog" and her second book is "Fairy Tales for Life: A Collection of Fourteen Original Short Stories."
