Colleen Marot Mrowka is a doctor of physical therapy having earned degrees from Quinnipiac University Southern Connecticut State University and Marymount University. She maintains a private practice in Cheshire Connecticut where she provides physical therapy services and exercise training to humans and small animals. Widely published in the fields of health and fitness injury prevention and injury pathology Dr. Mrowka wrote this book to help her children conquer their fear of bad dreams.
