Carter Gets Adopted is a tender story about pet fostering and adoption. When Carter and his brother Gentry get taken to a faraway animal farm, they are sad to leave their siblings. Confused and scared, they make friends with a great mentor, Steven the Pig who comforts them and teaches them all about adoption. But, when Gentry leaves to go to his forever home, Carter worries that he'll be alone without a family of his own. With the help of Steven the Pig and the farm owner Rose, the gang encourages the oh-so-lovable Carter when times get tough.

Jenn Garcia Mawson is a wife and mom of two amazing kids and a rescue dog with a long career in real estate and real estate investing. She cherishes her friendships and family and lives for spending quality time with those closest to her. Her favorite things include wine, the beach, and palm trees!

Jenn is a graduate of Rowan University where she studied History and developed her love for writing thanks to never ending required written assignments. She dug right in to researching lots of fascinating topics and people in History and she's grateful for her degree which also led her to meet her husband, Gary, who is also a graduate of Rowan.
Jenn has been a full-time real estate agent since 2008, working with Keller Williams and now EXP Realty. She and her husband started their own real estate team called The Jersey Property Group of EXP realty in 2019. They have a passion for helping people buy, sell, and invest in real estate like they have in New Jersey and Florida.
