—Dan Muse, head coach of the USA Hockey National Team Development Program

A 2019 national survey revealed that the average kid in the United States quits the sport they are playing by the age of eleven because it isn't fun anymore. Plagued by the pressure of an athletic identity, emotional stress, and the constant fear of failure, athletic experiences have started to take more from many athletes than they give.

Julia Allain has a lifetime of experience in sports as an athlete, a coach, a sport psychology consultant for collegiate, professional, and internationally competitive athletes, and even a coach's daughter.

In Everything I Got, she shares lessons from personal experience, academic research, and sports history to help players find success both on and off the playing field.

Inside this book, discover 30 powerful lessons on:

  • The value of your athletic identity
  • The secrets of effective self-talk
  • The power of our emotions in performance
  • Embracing failure to find success
  • The important role of laughter and fun in performance
  • Creating your own momentum
  • The true value of sports

And much more!

If you are ready to give it all you got, get all you can in return, and grow to be the best version of yourself, this book is for you.
