Eric Hicks is principal at Insight for Leadership, an executive coaching and leadership development firm. He has led global talent, learning, and organizational development for multinational companies such as Cigna Healthcare, JPMorgan Chase, and PepsiCo. Eric holds a PhD in HR development and organizational leadership from the University of Louisville, a master of science degree in instructional systems technology from Indiana University, and a bachelor of arts in communications from Brigham Young University.
As executive coach and President of Oppnå® Executive & Achievement Coaching, Lance Hazzard’s mission is to help people and organizations successfully achieve what’s next.
